Cody R. Adams proudly serves as the Broker of Russell Adams Realty, continuing the legacy established by his late father for more than 60 years in the Land O’ Lakes community. What began as a family business has grown into a trusted local brokerage, built on relationships, integrity, and deep community roots — values Cody carries forward every day.
 
Born and raised in Land O' Lakes, Cody has a lifelong connection to the area and the people who call it home. Having grown up alongside the growth of the community, he possesses a unique perspective on the local market — with firsthand knowledge of neighborhoods, development trends, and decades of real estate transactions throughout the past 30 years.
 
Cody and his father were not only business partners but best friends. Today, he honors that bond by continuing the standard of service, honesty, and dedication that defined his father’s leadership. Under Cody’s direction, Russell Adams Realty remains committed to treating clients like family and protecting their investments with care and professionalism.
 
With experience spanning residential sales, commercial transactions, and property management, Cody brings well-rounded expertise to buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
